We loved our sales person Maria, she was easy to talk to and and answered all our questions. This was a huge surprise for me my husband surprised me with my dream car for my birthday. My Volvo is my favorite car I’ve ever owned. While the buying process was less than ideal, the service department has more than made up for it in so many ways. Their communication is amazing, and everyone at the service desk is consistently kind, accommodating, and genuinely helpful. Justin, in particular, has been so accommodating the last few times I’ve been in. He is incredibly respectful of my time while I’m waiting for my service to be completed and always does what he can to make the process as easy and convenient as possible. That level of customer service really makes a difference. I’ve been so impressed with how well the service department has taken care of me and my car! More
