Horrible experience in the service department. Jason and Wayne Owen’s very disrespectful and rude. Recently in for service. I discovered I. was charged for a part that was covered under my extended warranty. I caught it. They never mentioned it. The conversation ended with Jason screaming at me and then his dad, Wayne Owens, services manager came out and continued yelling at me. When I left, employees came outside and apologized for them and said they were so wrong in how they treated me. DO NOT have you car services at Volvo of Athens. More

I would not recommend doing business with Volvo Cars Athens or Smith Automotive Group. I originally purchased a vehicle in 2020 from VCA and Middleton Automotive. That purchase included an agreement to Athens or Smith Automotive Group. I originally purchased a vehicle in 2020 from VCA and Middleton Automotive. That purchase included an agreement to pick up and provide a loaner plus car washes and details for the lifetime of the car. Smith automotive group is not honoring this contract and refuses to help or refund. I will never consider doing business with this dealership in the future.
