Ever since Benchmark became Voyles it's been nothing but problems, and I've been a customer since 2007. My Ram was presenting with a knock in what I believe to be the suspension, and a fluctuation in RPM problems, and I've been a customer since 2007. I had them do a cursory check twice during normal service with nothing obvious being reported by the mechanic, but the problem continued. I was about to exceed my warranty, so decided to schedule a service appointment for diagnosis of the problems. Unfortunately, the service appointment couldn't be scheduled anytime in the immediate future, so I was left waiting for several weeks before anyone could look at it. The time arrived for me to drop off my vehicle, and upon drop off, I communicated to the service advisor Antwan that I needed to be made aware if the problem couldn't be resolved / diagnosed that day so I could arrange for a ride, as I live an hour out of town. I was told that he would do so, but 3 o'clock came and went without any communication. I figured he must've gotten busy, so I coordinated my ride, and didn't hear from him till 5:30 well after the time I would have needed to arrange my getting home. This was warning sign number one. Due to the nature of the issues, I tried to provide ample opportunity for the problem to be diagnosed, but after two days of no comms, I decided to call that Thursday. So vehicle dropped on Monday, and I initiated the call on Thursday. Left three messages with no call back. Called Friday, left three messages with no call back. Finally, was able to catch Antwan on the phone, and after a long hold, was told that the tech hadn't been able to determine the problem yet. Fine. I understand things take time, and we agreed to speak at 1 o'clock on Monday the following week. (This was also my b'day weekend, and I was left with no vehicle to get around.) On Monday, called at the agreed upon time, left a message, with no call back. At this point, I'm tired of being put on hold, leaving messages, and otherwise not having any communication with my service advisor other than that which was initiated by me. I figured calling the service manager would be the next level of escalation, so I call David Sparkman. Two messages left, no calls returned. Call later in the day, and happen to catch Antwan on the phone who again tells me the tech knows nothing, my truck is in pieces, and they need another day. Tuesday, I call the service manager again at 2 o'clock after not hearing from anyone all day. I'm left on hold for forty minutes after I was told he was coming to the phone, and would speak to me in ten. At this point, there's no one else to call other than the General Manager, Jackson Haigan. I leave a message with Jackson citing all of the troubles I had experienced, and within 5 minutes of doing so, have a call back from both the service advisor and manager, but no call back from GM. I'm promptly told that they will be putting my truck back together, no problem was ever able to be diagnosed, and I'd be able to come pick it up that day. No charge for the truck being there, and was told that the TCM had been flashed, trans fluid replaced, but my invoice doesn't indicate that any of that had been done. I understand if for billing purposes the invoice had to be drafted this way, but now you have no history of what was done to my vehicle. Oh, and the knock in suspension was never even looked at. Long story longer, the vehicle drives worse than it did went I brought it in. Instead of fluctuating RPMs at cruising speak of 60mph, I now have hard shifts, loss of power, sputters, and fluctuations occurring at all lower speeds... not just 60mph. I've left multiple messages trying to resolve this issue with Antwan and David both, but surprise... no calls back. We're going on 3 weeks with no comms. I have no recourse other than leaving a review, contacting BBB, and coordinating with my lawyer. I've been more than understanding this entire time, and my only desire was better communication. Serious lack of professionalism here. Go elsewhere. More

Sent my Chrysler Pacifica limited van in to have new radio installed. It has taken them over a month to do job and it is still not completed. told me wrong part was shipped to them and they sent my van radio installed. I wish I could add pictures of how they delivered it back to me. It was filthy. It had oil stains all over the overhead ceiling on the drivers side. I called and told them to come back immediately and pick up my van and take it back and clean my van up to the condition it was in when they got it. So now I have no transportation because they said they had no loaners. I have to wait now until they can fix plus clean my van back up. More

The service department is horrible! HORRIBLE!!! Never had a problem when it was Benchmark but now problem behind problem with no resolution. I’ve been told over and over again not to go to Voyles. I purchased a new Jeep Gladiator Rubicon 6 months ago and assured that, as a customer I would be given excellent service. Appointments are almost nonexistent with wait times exceeding 90 days out. I had a airbag check engine light on for over a month and have experienced nothing but frustration and a lack of care. I finally called Hendricks Automotive Group in Hover and was taken in immediately. While I waited they diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and I was out the door. That’s service. I can’t afford to return to Voyles. More

I bought a 2019 keep wrangler sport from BenchMark jeep on 9/9/2019 and the car had a steering damper recall so I took the car to another dealership to do the recall keep wrangler sport from BenchMark jeep on 9/9/2019 and the car had a steering damper recall so I took the car to another dealership to do the recall and that was on 10/15/2020 and I found out the benchmark Jeep had claimed that they did the recall on the steering damper even though I never went back to them and I never authorized them to do the recall . When the other dealership checked the car they found out that the original steering damper is still on the car and Benchmark dealership NEVER did replace it and never did the recall even though they claim they did . And this is Fraud More
I drive a ram 5500 service truck. Due to warranty work I’ve had to use dealerships. I so wish I didn’t have to. There’s 12 bolts that hold on my brake calipers. 2 was missing and 2 more broken off. This truck is heavy 18.5 thousand lbs. it needs brakes. Do not take your vehicle to these idiots unless you have to. More
