Horrible Customer Service - Waste of Money I purchased a new Jeep Cherokee two years ago and also purchased a service agreement. I was sold on the service agreement when assured that, as a cus I purchased a new Jeep Cherokee two years ago and also purchased a service agreement. I was sold on the service agreement when assured that, as a customer, I would be given excellent service. With oil changes, tire rotations, and even trying to purchase new tires, I have experienced nothing but frustration and a lack of care. I will never be returning to this dealership. More

No lies! They were quick as promised with the repair of my Takaita air bag and waited less than two hours total. The service rep I dealt with was Jason. A very nice young man. Thank you! Waiting room was neat, clean and comfortable and I noticed all the people waiting were dealt with very quickly. More
Left my car for 7 days to be repaired - called 9 times I own a Jeep Wrangler unlimited Moab special edition. I scheduled an appointment via email and confirmed. Dropped my car off. Called 9 times. Had to drive back to get car because I was worried about my car. Showed up and no work had been done on my car. Had to leave and take it with no work ever being completed on it because we were going out of town. So bad. I am a multiple jeep owner and lifetime jeep owner. Very disappointed. At least have the courtesy to return my phone calls when you ha e my $40,000 car in your possession. More

Service My service experience was well beyond any I'd experienced before, from the beginning, the middle, the last and beyond. Ok...The itniatial visit...shut My service experience was well beyond any I'd experienced before, from the beginning, the middle, the last and beyond. Ok...The itniatial visit...shuttle to and from work. After completing the service, I had to return the vehicle. A vehicle was provided for me until service was completed. I received phone calls timely with details of service needed and details of additional service .The additional service was not additionally charged. I do appreciate their integrity and their wanting me as a satisfied returning customer. Randy was great from start to finish. More
The worst service department ever! I have tried and tried to make things work with this service department but I have had it. I will go to another city if I have to to keep from dealin I have tried and tried to make things work with this service department but I have had it. I will go to another city if I have to to keep from dealing with these people. I have left Cliff notes about his teams lack of customer service and attitude. We have a Jeep and two RAM trucks and will not use this service department again. My last call to them yesterday (10/27) about a recall notice was put off by Tom until December 7th. This after being told the day before when I called the first time that they would have someone call me to set it up and when they did not call I called back and was told the same thing again. I told Joush (I think) that I had already called and been told that and he laugh and was very arrogant. Tom did call back however in just a few minutes. This is my account of this one incident, I have had many and they are all with the same results... More
Service Center I would like to thank the service center at Benchmark Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and their SUPER service center manger CLIFF SMITH. I took my Jeep Liber I would like to thank the service center at Benchmark Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and their SUPER service center manger CLIFF SMITH. I took my Jeep Liberty to them for a heater core problem to be fixed. There were a few problems along the way, but CLIFF SMITH stepped in and made sure that I had the best customer service that Benchmark Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram had to offer. I waited a couple of weeks to make this review to make sure all is well and it is. My Jeep is all fixed and cleaned (they detailed it). Once again thanks to Benchmark Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, Cliff Smith and the entire service center staff. If I had only talked with Cliff Smith, I would have given all 5 stars for everything. Cliff Smith Very Rude Service manger are wanna be service manger very rude. Got my oil changed and got 10 miles down the road and the car started smoking and pulled over an Service manger are wanna be service manger very rude. Got my oil changed and got 10 miles down the road and the car started smoking and pulled over and called the dealership and they put haley feltmen on the phone and she sat there and argued with me for a few minutes and finally she put cliff smith on the phone and he started cussing at me. Had warranty work being performed on April 26th. In addition, asked them to look at the brakes. Dropped our 2007 jeep wrangler sahara on Monday and told them we would pick up on Wednesday. Tuesday mo addition, asked them to look at the brakes. Dropped our 2007 jeep wrangler sahara on Monday and told them we would pick up on Wednesday. Tuesday morning, Jonathan called and confirmed that the warranty work was completed and that the brake issues were due to the type of pads another shop had installed. I authorized them to replace the pads and turn the rotors. He called again in the afternoon and informed me that the work was complete. I reminded him that we would be picking up on Wednesday morning and asked him to ensure that the jeep was locked since my college age daughter had quite a bit of stuff in the car. He promised that it would be taken care of. Arrived Wednesday and discovered that they did not have power due to the heavy storms that rolled across Birmingham early that morning. I also discovered that while they did lock the vehicle Tuesday afternoon, they did not roll up the rear window. (All windows were closed when we dropped off the vehicle). Consequently everything on the passenger side of the back seat was soaked. This included a dry clean only coat, her nursing kit and other items. When we arrived, there were only a couple of staff members, including a manager. He apologized, had no idea why it had happened and said that we could deal with the bill when things got back to normal. Apparently that occurred Friday when Jonathan called and wanted my credit card information to close out the bill. When I asked if he was aware of the problem we had, his response was "Oh yeah, Heard about that. So what credit card do you want to use?" No offer to take care of the dry cleaning, clean the seats or adjust the bill. He transferred me to the service manager, Cliff. Cliff said he was aware of what happened but would have to get with the tech that worked on the jeep. Its Tuesday night and no feedback. I've no doubt the repair was performed correctly but I would suggest they also work on developing a similar skillset when working with customers. I own a 2007 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara and a 2008 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon. I'll give the dealership in Anniston a try and see how they perform More
