Horrible mis diagnosis of my Sons GTI. After multiple visits they relied on an off sight opinion by someone who had not test drove the vehicle and or laid hands and eyes on it! Replaced un After multiple visits they relied on an off sight opinion by someone who had not test drove the vehicle and or laid hands and eyes on it! Replaced unnecessary parts and sent my son home! With an ok to drive the VW. As a result internal unfixable damage occurred to the engine, rendering the vehicle useless!!! Don’t ever go here folks. Fair warning stay away!!! More

Liars that rip you off Being a loyal customer of over 10 years. This is the last time I take my vehicle to them. Multiple times they have charged me for expensive parts that really weren't needed. After spending $600 on repairs. During my drive home while getting gas - my window did not work. It worked that morning when I brought it into them. The following morning I brought my vehicle back and asked "what did you do to my car window? It doesn't work?" After the service rep called the techie - he replied "yeah- I noticed it didn't work yesterday". I was livid and replied "you had the car and you couldn't tell me it was broken?" No answer to my question. Just a shoulder shrug and "I don't know." Needless to say I had to pay another $350 because I took the car off the lot the following day. Save your money and go to another dealership. Plus they beg and hound you for stellar survey rating after every service. More
Do not Service your car here! Save your money and take your car elsewhere for service. I took my 2000 Beetle in for an overheating issue and they just wanted to throw parts at it. Save your money and take your car elsewhere for service. I took my 2000 Beetle in for an overheating issue and they just wanted to throw parts at it. They told me it was $80 to diagnose (fair price) Then came back and said the waterpump is bad. I said how it is a new pump less than 4k miles ago they said well its aftermarket and not OEM for $680 we will change and we recommend the timing belt for another $800! Again I said thats new as well as the pump, thermostat and Engine coolant sensor. They said aftermarket. I told them if pump was bad then replace it but nothing else without my ok. They called me the next day and said well it wasnt the pump it still overheats we need to change the thermostat for another $200 I said no its only a week old and they said oh thats right let us look again and call back. An hour later they called and said we think the head is plugged up for a $1000 dollars we can pull it and inspect! At this ponit I told them stop working I will be there to pick up the car. They told me I still owe $680 for the pump (which didnt need to be replaced) I screamed. I was able to get my car back still overheating for only $400. These guys dont diagnose they just replacewith the best guess Please if you want to throw away your money just give it to the garbage man. It will go to better use and you will feel better about yourself. Just dont give it to these guys! More
Great service at VW as always. Used VW service for all my service needs for my previous VW and that won't change with my new VW. Dave Denys and the whole crew in service are great. Took my Equinox in for service. Basic stuff. Oil change, burnt out break light, dome cover for interior light, ect. I was greeted right away by friendly staff and was escorted into the waiting area. In this burnt out break light, dome cover for interior light, ect. I was greeted right away by friendly staff and was escorted into the waiting area. In this waiting area, (Which looked brand new) there was coffee, donuts, pop, water, ect. I was very impressed. I was on my way in less than an hour and I was very happy with the total $$. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to get their car serviced. More

Took our 2004 Beetle in for preventative maintenance after price shopping. Vyletel was hundreds of dollars less than any other dealer or independent shop. Everyone I spoke with was friendly, helpful, a after price shopping. Vyletel was hundreds of dollars less than any other dealer or independent shop. Everyone I spoke with was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The car was finished when they said it would be, and the work was performed exactly as it should have been. The dealership is ~15 miles out of my commute but I will return. Count my wife and me as completely satisfied (new) customers. More
