My experience was very good with Vyletel Buick.I had my oil changed on my Buick. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. The service area is very clean and they handle your car well. The floor mats are oil changed on my Buick. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. The service area is very clean and they handle your car well. The floor mats are covered with a paper mat. The front seat is covered with a plastic seat cover. I got my car back with no grease or oil stains which is a common occurance at some of the other dealers I have gone to for service. The service employees are dressed in clean work uniforms which is appreciated as no dirt or grime is left in your car. I was also able to use a $4.00 coupon they offered on their website for the oil change. I will go back for additional service on my Buick. Larry Choike More
You make an appointment for service and show up on time you never hear from them until you call before they close and find out they didnt even look at your car and expect you to pick it up and drop it off you never hear from them until you call before they close and find out they didnt even look at your car and expect you to pick it up and drop it off the next day. They flatley refuse to give any type of loner car unless the car is "undriveable". This happened 3 times. Another time i had the car towed in there and they wouldnt give a loner (big suprise) and the kicker was they wouldnt even look at the car until a day or so. I called them 7 times in 5 hours and they finally looked at the car and fixed it that day. The one sales girl i dealt with is good but their service is horrable. They think everyone has extra cars to drive and unlimited time to keep dropping off your car everyday until they "feel" like fixing it. Also it takes at lease 1 1/2 hours to get a "quick" oilchange. What a total BS dealer. More
Brian Senhert, the service manager at Vyletel Buick VW strives to offer the best possible service. If only the technicians paid a little more attention to the details of the "product" they turn out, Vyle strives to offer the best possible service. If only the technicians paid a little more attention to the details of the "product" they turn out, Vyletel overall would be the best dealer I have ever dealt with.

Unfortunately, I and my wife have been forced to return to their service department many times for completion of work that was paid for. Because the dealer is the expert, I don’t feel that it is the customers duty to inspect the work they did then be forced to return to point out probelms. For example, new parts and reinstalled parts not installed completely, missing fasteners from replaced parts, misaligned parts, damaged paint finish, etc. Notwithstanding the problems, the service manager Brian is a huge asset to Vyletel; without him my wife and I would have been forced to find another place for service. Brian freely admitted that it wasn't unreasonable of us to expect complete and professional results. On every occasion that we’ve had to return to have problems corrected, Brian gave us a loaner vehicle and corrected the problems I identified.

By the way, Matt Frame, the dealer's sales manager is excellent too - very courteous, professional and an excellent negotiator. He treated us very fairly and was completely honest and reasonable when we purchased our new Passat 4-motion wagon.
More
