A couple of years have certainly changed this dealership, and I felt the need to update my review. I scheduled an appointment for my Tahoe’s service and dropped it off the night before so it would be there at 7:00 AM sharp. My main concern was a loss of power issue and a check engine light—though the light was gone upon arrival, I was hoping it was just a glitch. By 7:20 AM, I saw they ran diagnostics during check-in. The paperwork showed a possible fault in the valve body that required further investigation. And then… nothing happened. My Tahoe sat on the lot all day, and no issues were addressed. I had two recalls and a slow tire leak, yet no work was performed once they spotted a possible transmission issue. When I finally got in touch with them after multiple calls, they advised me that the valve body was on backorder—but they still needed to confirm whether that was actually the issue before proceeding. Despite that, no other work was completed. Instead, I lost a full day of work with no transportation and zero communication until I reached out repeatedly. The excuse I was given—delivered with unwarranted arrogance—was that due to shop capacity, nothing had been done to my vehicle. I scheduled this appointment days in advance, yet that didn’t seem to matter. This dealership has no problem leaving a vehicle in limbo all day, simply waiting until things improve on their end. Unfortunately, their definition of an appointment doesn’t match mine—nor does their approach to keeping customers informed. Fool me once… More
Buy and service your cars elsewhere Bought my Tahoe during Covid elsewhere because they didn’t have any. No warranty claims needed other than fixing the moonroof shade. Driving to work the other mornin during Covid elsewhere because they didn’t have any. No warranty claims needed other than fixing the moonroof shade. Driving to work the other morning and my Tahoe breaks down. Dropped a lifter. Which is a KNOWN issue for SEVERAL YEARS. General Motors has also released two service bulletins in the LAST YEAR. I’m 6000 miles past powertrain warranty. I call General Motors. Plead my case. They inform me I am eligible for cost assistance because I have never made a claim on the engine while it was under warranty. I asked them if being the second owner was ok and they said that doesn’t matter. I was upfront about not being the first owner. I bought the car with right at 9000 miles on it because at the time they were very few and far between, especially in the trim level my wife and I wanted. Walker Chevrolet management calls me and informs me they are not willing to help because, again, I’m the second owner. Contradicting what the MANUFACTURER REP stated to me. I have sent family members and friends to buy trucks from them. I can promise you I will go out of my way to cost them business. Am also considering legal action against them. First owner or not they can see if there ever was a warranty claim prior to my ownership. And there hasn’t been. As a consumer that was screwed by these people, please consider all other options before taking your vehicle to these people. They have lost a customer for life in me. More
The receptionist was not professional at all. Tried to use my rewards points, she lied about the amount I had when I showed the app of the correct amount. She was very short and curt. Besides that, no complaints. The mechanic who did my oil change did a great job. I was done in 2 hours. More

Upon arrival ev Before the purchase was finalized I booked an appointment for an inspection on the car at Walker's service dept. for peace of mind. Upon arrival everything was very smooth and professional. After requesting to do so, my service advisor brought me out into the shop to have a look for myself under the car while it was on the hoist. The shop was tidy and clean. The inspection was detailed and complete. The car had no issues except for two overdue recalls; one to replace a headlight wiring harness, and one for a dual catalytic converter replacement. They took care of the harness that day at no charge and ordered the exhaust parts for the other at no charge. They then performed the exhaust recall service within a week or so at no charge and there have been no issues with the car. About a week following, the A/C went out on the car for whatever reason, and so I returned to Walker for help. They determined that the issue was a leaking condenser and advised to replace it and recharge the system. I approved the work and they completed it that same day. They worked in conjunction with the warranty agency from where I'd purchased the car and my total amount was merely my deductible according to my warranty agreement. The process was easy and seamless. In my three encounters with them thus far I have always been treated very well and always felt confident with their services and advice. I've been made to feel like I can trust them with my new-to-me Corvette. The staff is very cordial and professional, and I will continue to call on them in the future for service and advice. Shout out to my service advisor Ryan Collins, and the tech who I believe has performed all of the work on my Corvette thus far, Adam Torau. I appreciate both of you and your talents and skills. You fellas have gained my trust. In this world today it is not easy to find folks that you can trust with your car, especially a special car.. but I believe I have done just that. So thank you guys for demonstrating real integrity, and I'll see you the next time... More

I drove my car with their Technical Advisor, Greg Mashburn, so he could confirm my problem. He diagnosed it quickly and it was repaired That day at a very reasonable price.
