Called and made a service appointment last Sat. Requested a loaner vehicle which I was told I would be put in one with a week out appointment for service. Arrived on time, and was told there were n Requested a loaner vehicle which I was told I would be put in one with a week out appointment for service. Arrived on time, and was told there were no loaner vehicles. Informed that to scan my vehicle it would be an hour, plus an hour for oil change/tire rotation. I opted out of scan, and asked for the latter with ALL filters changed as the vehicle prompted for them on the screen. An hour later, my vehicle was not started to be worked on. After I get my vehicle 45 mins after that the car still asked for filters changes, because it was not performed. Over 2 hours later, I’m still sitting in the dealership with a generic lounge, no water or beverages offered other than a vending machine. The lack of professionalism and sense of urgency or value for customers’ time is appalling! Needless to say, I will not return. More

Ryan Collins was my service advisor and he made the experience! Car repairs are stressful and he took the time to rate the repairs that were the most needed.
