Car was in for repair under warranty. It was hard to get service representative to return calls or give updates. Felt like it wasn’t a priority to them because it was a dealer warranty on a used car and not a make they normally sell. The salesman who sold it to us assured us they could do service and repairs before we bought the car. We know better now. Upside was they gave us a loaner while they had our car. More

THIS WAS MY SECOND TIME TAKING MY TRUCK FOR THE SAME ISSUE AND THEY STILL COULD NOT FIND OUT WHY THE WRENCH KEEPS COMING UP AND MY TRUCK WONT MOVE. THEY ALSO SENT IT TO FORD BECAUSE ACCORDING TO THEM TH ISSUE AND THEY STILL COULD NOT FIND OUT WHY THE WRENCH KEEPS COMING UP AND MY TRUCK WONT MOVE. THEY ALSO SENT IT TO FORD BECAUSE ACCORDING TO THEM THEY DONT WORK ON FORDS OFFTEN. MY TRUCK ALREADY SHOWED THE WRENCH AGAIN THE NEXT DAY IN TRAFFIC AND I HAD TO TRY AND GET VEHICLE TO SIDE OF ROAD. THEY HAVE ADVISED I SHOULDNT DRIVE VEHICLE BUT THEY KEEP GIVING IT BACK TO ME. I BOUGHT THE WARRANTY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AND THEY DONT WORK ON FORDS REGULARLY. VERY DISSAPPOINTED More
