My first time at Walker Jones. My brother from Fl bought a new Honda from them recently and gave them a very good rating. I visited their dealerships beginning with Toyota dealership. Had great experience there. Then visited Honda and had great experience there. Decided to just look quickly at their Nissan Dealership and decided to purchase my new vehicle there. Dealership was very clean, very efficient. All the personnel were extremely nice and efficient. Brett was my salesperson. Sales Mamager was also great. I have recommended these dealers to several friends. I would recommend all three based on my experience. More

The service was done as I expected to have to the oil changed but my problem is that I don’t understand WHY the service don’t check with the customers what they find that they would recommend such as win changed but my problem is that I don’t understand WHY the service don’t check with the customers what they find that they would recommend such as windshield wiper blade, air or cabin filter need to be replace - I would much rather have them check with me so that I would have let them go ahead and get that done instead of the next time ! I recommend do better next time check with the customer if they want whatever it needs to be done to make them happy and save time ! More

The mechanic replaced my air filter the time before this oil change and inspection, did not replace it correctly in the cradle and it was pulling sand in because of a 3/4”gap next to the wall and filter.
