The service was done as I expected to have to the oil changed but my problem is that I don’t understand WHY the service don’t check with the customers what they find that they would recommend such as win changed but my problem is that I don’t understand WHY the service don’t check with the customers what they find that they would recommend such as windshield wiper blade, air or cabin filter need to be replace - I would much rather have them check with me so that I would have let them go ahead and get that done instead of the next time ! The mechanic replaced my air filter the time before this oil change and inspection, did not replace it correctly in the cradle and it was pulling sand in because of a 3/4”gap next to the wall and filter.
