Nathan should be recognized for his customer service approach with customers. He is professional, gets to the point and has an uncanny ability to get to the real objection. From the first email, Tyler was a great help and very knowledgable. My wife and I got to the dealership about 45 minutes before they closed to demo a new Passat. We walked out of the dealer 1 1/2 hours after they were suppose to close, with a new VW Passat. Loved the car and loved the service! Customer service is the best in the business and the sales people are willing to go the extra mile to gain your business. If you are looking for a completely hassle-free and low stress car buying experience, this is the dealership for you!!

Wow, what a great experience! My wife and I were referred to Justin by two of my clients and they pointed me in the right direction. Justin and Mike were honest, friendly and most importantly listened to our needs and concerns and found a car that met all of our criteria. They cared more about the relationship than the sale, which wasn't normal for us when purchasing cars in the past. My Review of Walker Mazda Volkswagen:
We checked local VW dealers in the Burl area for the Jetta we wanted, we not only couldn't find it but were told our chances of getting the car in the color and options we wanted were very slim.
We did some internet searching and came across Walker Motors. It's not too far out of Burlington so we continued to search their website. The website is very informative and easy to use.
We requested a price and Tyler got back to us very quickly and when we told him of our wants he immediately began to search for a car that came close. Well, he hit it spot on. The color, options and delivery time were unbelievable. Within 2 days they had our car at the dealership and went over it to make sure it was what we wanted.
Both Mark Nicastro and Paul LaRoche assisted with the sale and financing and were extremely wonderful to work with. Both of these men deserve high praise.
Our overall experience wes great, sales and office staff are very professional and low pressure. They are more interested in what the customer wants and needs rather than making a high pressure sale and pushing you out the door.
I am very glad we found Walker Motors and will not hesitate to send anyone their way with confidence that they will be treated better than any other dealership we had previously visited.
Again, if you are looking for a new VW look no further than Walker Motors you will be glad you stopped in.

My Review of Walker Mazda Volkswagen:
I briefly stopped in To Walker VW only because my son encouraged me to view the VW Tiguan. My first thought was that I didn't want a VW, I had all but decided on the Honda CRV.

Your Staff member Tyler was quite knowledgeable about the car and in particular about the safety ratings which were very impressive to me. At first glance the Tiguan was appealing, but I quickly left to view the CRV which was the original plan.

Driving the CRV All I could think about was getting back to Walker to test drive the Tiguan. It was clearly the nicer car by a long stretch, and Tyler had created the nicer, more relaxing environment as well. I needed some more information from him. This time I drove the car which was exceptionally nice, and Tyler answered the rest of my questions. I left the dealership excited that I had found by next car! Thanks Tyler, it was lovely to meet you today.

I decided to purchase our family's second Jetta TDI also from Walker Motors because of the honesty and great customer service they offer in spite of the dealership being 40 miles further than the closest VW dealership.

I even paid a little and do not regret the choice.

My Review of Walker Mazda Volkswagen:
I first went to Walker's and traded my Toyota Sienna for a 2009 Volkswagen Routon. Paul was a great salesman he was easy to talk to and answered all my questions. I had been to a lot of other dealerships and left without even giving them a second look. Well Long story short I hated my Routon it may have a Volkswagen badge but well its not. I was in your service center so much for a while, but every time Dennis was Amazing even my husband likes him which takes a lot. In May I traded that Routon for a Mazda CX-9 and even though Paul in no longer in sales he did everything to help me get rid of that fake Volkswagen minivan! I gave my reviews to Volkswagen with every service, but have never given a review here. I love cars and always have. I have looked at many and gone to almost every dealership. I am very hard to sell to I hate salesman type guys. I took my 17 year old to look at a used car he found and once the guy started talking my son knew we were leaving without the car.
Walker's has found Two of the best guys here and I am happy to take my car to Dennis when it needs service and When I am ready to buy a new car I will call Paul.
My husband just bought a dodge dully 3500 and is having trouble with his dealership and joking he said do you think I could call Dennis :)
