Went there for oil change. They washed my car. I had meticulously detailed it a couple days before. When I opened my door to leave I found black grease all over my door, uphols They washed my car. I had meticulously detailed it a couple days before. When I opened my door to leave I found black grease all over my door, upholstery, console and rocker panel. Told service person, Mike, to come look at it. He did and he cleaned it. Probably not with a leather friendly cleaner, and I had just treated the leather. I let that go. Then when I drove out into the sun I could see all my windows were covered in dirty spots, as if someone tried to clean them with a dirty wet rag. I went to the car washer's station and asked if they just washed my car. I was told yes. I advised them that my windows are now dirtier than before I came in. The young mane got some spray and a microfiber cloth and cleaned them. The spots on the body remained. At least they tried to make it right. But I am very disappointed that this had to be addressed to begin with, especially at a Cadillac Dealership. I answered Yes as to whether I would recommend this dealership because everyone was nice and took care of the problem, but I do not have the extra time to invest every time I go there. I just moved back into the area and they are the closest dealership, and we did have a good experience with purchasing another car there many years ago. More
