A while back I wrote a negative review of Wallace Chevrolet, as they had charged me $13,200 for a SUPPOSEDLY- NEW engine (in my Silverado 2500) that WASN’T (It was an old block with new parts) and I Chevrolet, as they had charged me $13,200 for a SUPPOSEDLY- NEW engine (in my Silverado 2500) that WASN’T (It was an old block with new parts) and I was treated very shabbily by my service tech. I received a message to contact them and speak to the service manager, well I waited some time and then decided to call and left a message. Turns out my call-back was NOT the service manager but the same person I had suffered poor treatment from, Donald, he had little to offer, was rather tongue-tied and to my questioning he told me that my “NEW” engine did NOT require any special oil changes, NOR a break-in period- this goes against what EVERY mechanic has told me. So to inept, add ignorance. Second- from the very first day my engine was running warmer than usual, when I finally checked I found I needed to add nearly an entire gallon of coolant, they NEVER topped it off after the work. At around 2,000 miles my “check engine” light came on. Fortunately it was only a gummed up injector so with injector cleaning additive and good gas, thank God it cleared up. But WHY!! With a NEW engine? I initially bought the truck from them and always had oil changes there- NEVER AGAIN! Quite upset in Stuart More
I brought in my 2014 Chevy Silverado because 2 parts in the remanufactured transmission went bad. At first it seemed I was getting very little help. DON in service was helpful, but his hands were somewhat the remanufactured transmission went bad. At first it seemed I was getting very little help. DON in service was helpful, but his hands were somewhat tied. GM had the parts on backorder nationwide. I called GM ...no help. I handed the communication over to my brother, who is a mechanic in Washington state. He called and spoke with Dave and was able to get a new remanufactured transmission installed right away. I was without my vehicle for over a month, but Dave took the bull by the horns and made it happen. A big thanks to Dave and his crew. I love my Chevy and will continue to do business with the company that makes things right. That's WALLACE! Thanks DAVE! More

While checking in to have my TPM serviced I was met with a surly Service associate named Jesse.When Jesse learned the part was out of stock , He told me to call in a couple of weeks to see if the part was a surly Service associate named Jesse.When Jesse learned the part was out of stock , He told me to call in a couple of weeks to see if the part was in. I had to askedl Jesse to call me when the part was in. Not only did he not call me, but didn't return any of my multiple calls. I wouldn't have it yet if I hadn't requested help from a manager who brought in a new Service associate. It was aggravating! More

Dropped my truck off for service and heard back in the afternoon what the problem was. I let the dealership know what repairs I wanted completed and never got a response. I tried several times the following day to contact the service department and the phone went unanswered and nobody called me back. The people I did get on the phone worked at a call center, useless, and could not transfer me to a direct line at the dealership. I was told that someone would contact me at the end of the day because they were busy with customers. Last I checked I’m a customer too and it will be my last time doing business here. Unfortunate for them that I will be buying two vehicles in the next couple years. I’ll be going to a different Chevrolet dealership. More
