I went to Wallace Jeep to purchase a new Jeep Gladiator. Hello, We went to Wallace Chrysler to buy out our lease from Michigan since we are in Florida for a few months. Lisa Russell, Sabrina, Aida and Jordan did amazing job. From start to finish this was a very easy and fast deal. Dealt with three people throughout the process (Gerry, Jeff, and Drew) and everyone was upfront and followed up on what they said. 1/27/24 bought 2019 Buick enclave all went well, untill we met with the finance manager. This man changed the deal and told us it would cost $1500 more if we pay cash which we found out later was a lie. He we met with the finance manager. This man changed the deal and told us it would cost $1500 more if we pay cash which we found out later was a lie. He pressure us to finance, and added extended warranties on there which we declined all, but then later we learned that he added a maintenance plan and an auto butler/premier paint warranty all that over $3000 on the loan without our consent. This man forge our signatures and created faked email on the paperwork. We only find out because we got a copy of everything. I hope everyone that buys from here check their paperworks or get copies, my guess is I'm not the only one this happens to. 2 weeks after we bought the car, it won't start, had to get it tow back to the dealership for repair on starter and flying wheel teeth which was damaged. And now another sensor coming up as failure and needs replacement, drove it there today and was told no, they won't fix it. Mind you, we still within the 60 days warranty after purchase by law. I wonder if the car was checked before put on the lot for sale. Very disappointed on how these people do business, and how I was treated More

Would not take my lemon law return vehicle and process the return paperwork being the closest turn in location. While I was shopping for a replacement vehicle, Eddie the GM, (show me the money Eddie) s the return paperwork being the closest turn in location. While I was shopping for a replacement vehicle, Eddie the GM, (show me the money Eddie) shoed the salesman (Doug) away from me while I was asking vehicle specific questions to narrow down a replacement vehicle. And I did buy a replacement RAM truck Limited, just not from Wallace. VERY RUDE behavior. More

I brought my truck in for my scheduled service oil change. Dropped it off on a Saturday morning. They are very busy on Saturdays. I picked it up Saturday afternoon and on my way home I heard a noise u change. Dropped it off on a Saturday morning. They are very busy on Saturdays. I picked it up Saturday afternoon and on my way home I heard a noise under the hood. After I got home and opened up the hood to see what the noise was I realized I was missing my oil cap. Tried calling the service manager who was working Saturday all week with no response and I left several voicemails for him to call me back. Finally had to call the dealer directly to get a response which the head service manager said that "it happens sometimes" " the cap isn't put on all the way the pressure from the engine can make it come off".... Really????? xxx!!!! It was a basic oil change.... If I didn't pay extra money for the service plan there I would never go back and let them touch my truck!!! More

The used jeep I bought broke down within the first 30 days. They wouldn’t pay to fix it so I’m out another $3300. Stay away if you are smart. Go to ARRIGO instead. They stand by their products. days.
