Paid $16000 for a pickup truck,had it a week and the transmission went out.Granted it-was as is and I asked about purchasing a warranty and they give the run around on that and less than a week and they transmission went out.Granted it-was as is and I asked about purchasing a warranty and they give the run around on that and less than a week and they’re not willing to work with me to make it right,I had asked them if they had inspected the vehicle machanical wise before I had purchased it,and of course was told yes..then when the tranny went out I was told that an inspection was never done and I did not ask that question and I should’ve bought a more expensive truck!! So therefore I have a $16000 truck sitting and have to pay another $3500 to have a tranny put in it More

from a sales perspective, all went well and i commend my salesman gabe. however when it came to dealing with a service issue, it never was resolved even after 6 visits to the service department. the mana salesman gabe. however when it came to dealing with a service issue, it never was resolved even after 6 visits to the service department. the manager "wally armour" refused to solve the issue. After taking it to another dealership, they found loose suspension parts and resolved the issue. Beware and seek other dealerships for vehicle needs. More
