100k car and you guys can't offer the free 3 oil changes that almost every dealer offers. Plus I had to pay 1700 for a new rim after 2 months of driving the car. I had some concerns about a past service that they took care of. One of the concerns was my vehicle, not being cleaned up after the prior service which they did take care of. My last service when I picked care of. One of the concerns was my vehicle, not being cleaned up after the prior service which they did take care of. My last service when I picked up the truck it was dirty again. When I asked the service tech why it wasn't washed he said it was too cold but my truck was there for whole week so that wasn't a good answer.. usually I don't complain about something like this it may be trivial to the dealership, but when you spend that kind of money on a vehicle with that dealership, I would expect better service.
