100k car and you guys can't offer the free 3 oil changes that almost every dealer offers. Plus I had to pay 1700 for a new rim after 2 months of driving the car. I had some concerns about a past service that they took care of. One of the concerns was my vehicle, not being cleaned up after the prior service which they did take care of. When I asked the service tech why it wasn't washed he said it was too cold but my truck was there for whole week so that wasn't a good answer.. usually I don't complain about something like this it may be trivial to the dealership, but when you spend that kind of money on a vehicle with that dealership, I would expect better service.
