I purchased a used vehicle and brought it in for service within 32 days. I brought it in as the rear climate was not heating. They said they couldn't replicate the issue. I pulled into the service bay and was told there was a service bulletin and it was considered normal. Why would they not tell me that rather than saying they 'couldn't replicate the issue'? Now I have a hard time trusting any Walser dealer and plan to have my vehicle serviced at a different shop. More
