Leased a 2018 CX-5 and had the remote start app installed When I arrived at your dealership, I wanted to test drive/learn more about both the 2019 CX-3 and the 2019 CX-5. Alex M. spent some time learning wha When I arrived at your dealership, I wanted to test drive/learn more about both the 2019 CX-3 and the 2019 CX-5. Alex M. spent some time learning what I wanted in both vehicles and then gave a very thorough review of both vehicles such as similarities, differences, ride, as well as explaining the various trim levels (and what was included) for both vehicles. When we test drove both, Alex was very careful to point out and demo the functionality of both. Once I decided to go with the CX-5, Alex also thoroughly explained that, while I wanted a 2019, with the available year-end incentives, the 2018 CX-5 was a better fit for my financial comfort level. He hunted down a 2018 CX-5 for me at White Bear Lake and worked with me to complete the lease paperwork while we waited for the vehicle to arrive in Burnsville. Alex carefully explained the paperwork so that I fully understood the terms, etc., and was very comfortable with signing. All in all, Alex was very helpful, personable, and great to work with through the whole process. Chad acted as my service manager when I came in to do get the remote app installed. He greeted me immediately upon my arrival and handled my check in process very efficiently. Without prompting, he offered me a loaner vehicle so that I didn't half to wait at the dealership for 3.5 hours. When I picked up the vehicle, Chad was again very efficient but yet took the time to give me an overview of how the remote app worked before I left the dealership. Chad was also great to work with during my service appointment. More

subframe recall Brought Mazda6 to service for broken engine cradle/subframe. I was not aware of a pending recall. Mike Kitagawa was absolutely great. He worked with his service manager and Mazda to determine the car would be fixed. Since my care was unsafe to drive they provided me with free loaner for over 2 months while waiting for parts. Throughout the process Mike was professional and helpful at all times. He listened to my concerns and made sure I understood what was happening and when. I have had other service done at Walser Mazda and would definitely return. More
