Honest, caring, & prompt Had my vehicle inspected for issues with gas fumes coming from engine compartment. Service department did a thorough inspection. Chad worked with me and kept me updated on progress, throughout. He even went back to ask service mechanics further questions on my behalf. Unfortunately they couldn’t find any tangible issues or leaks. Chad was honest and caring, and was able to have my inspection fee waived since they could not diagnose a problem. This was extremely nice and unexpected. He also offered to have another inspection done upon cold start with loaner vehicles available as necessary. This location always provides great service which is why I keep coming back! More

Car repair I went in to have a head lamp replaced. Simple. It took 1-1/2 hours. They then proceed to tell me ALL the things wrong with my car and did I want to I went in to have a head lamp replaced. Simple. It took 1-1/2 hours. They then proceed to tell me ALL the things wrong with my car and did I want to take care of them. I was on my lunch break and already spent way too much time there for a headlight. Simple fixes should be done quickly. If I need a whole car check up, I will ask. I imagine it is a safety issue, but then ask the person if they have time for a diagnostic. Looking now at the list of employees, I can’t even tell you who I worked with. If they did their job, they would be sure to leave an impression, which they did not. More

Overall great dealership & service center Bought a 18 CX9 here. Previously had a 15 Mazda6 that I purchased here as well. The only service I’ve ever had on either of these vehicles has been Bought a 18 CX9 here. Previously had a 15 Mazda6 that I purchased here as well. The only service I’ve ever had on either of these vehicles has been routine maintenance so I can’t speak to how accurate and expensive a major repair or diagnostic here would be. With that being said, I really like the dealership and service center. Always get polite and prompt service here. The service writers here seem quite honest. I’ve worked in a dealership before so I’ve seen how loose that term can be. Price is on the higher side for routine maintenance. I expect that at any dealership. But, like I said, I’ve only had to do routine maintenance here so my review is fairly narrow. More
