I leased two Wranglers from here but will never give them another dollar. I went to pay off the second lease, should have been a 15 minute chore. Their sales person wasted HOURS of my time pretending the pap another dollar. I went to pay off the second lease, should have been a 15 minute chore. Their sales person wasted HOURS of my time pretending the paperwork wasn’t ready and tried to sell me an extended warranty EIGHT TIMES despite me saying no every time. At one point he disappeared with my lease contract “just to verify some details” so I couldn’t leave! I happily gave them thousands of dollars for those two leases and was willing to shop a new model in a couple years but never again. Guess I’ll spend my money at Park Jeep in Bloomington instead. Avoid these losers, they will waste your money. More
