I think they did a good job with my vehicle. And for that reason, and Annika Williamson, I would refer people for service of their vehicles. Annika was extremely helpful and went out of her way. However, it appeared the other service reps were leaving the work for her, such as taking calls while they sat and did what appears to be not much. When they brought out my car, somebody left their cup of hot cocoa in a cup holder, and the passenger seat was reclined as far back as it could go. Plus, belonings from the glove box were left on the passenger seat. I get they need to check the in-cabin filter and remove stuff from the glove box. There were grease prints on the passenger seat and hairline indents up to three inches in length on the glovebox door. The manner in which they treated my vehicle, was odd and disrespectful. More
