Over priced oil change and tire rotation and they only did visual inspection. They washed my car but did not vacuum like the other dealrship does. 1.The dealership does not have a master tech and the only tech there is a Chrysler tech by trade. 2. I went in for first service and the techs and sales people could not figure out simple things like how to tech there is a Chrysler tech by trade. 2. I went in for first service and the techs and sales people could not figure out simple things like how to get my HD stations in. Took several hours for the oil change and diagnosing questions I had. The heads up display needs to be moved to the left slightly. Techs could not figure this out. Said they have to talk to a reginal person. The center console is missing a tab for the cup holder. They said this part is on back order but never put this on the invoice. Only thing in the invoice is oil change and rotation. I declined rotation because I received new tires but yet the invoice says oil change and rotation and does not even reference the cup holder issue or the heads up display or the HD radio channels. Then the only person working the computer in service left for lunch and no one else knew how to log into the computer to get my invoice printers out. There was dogs running around the show floor and this place is totally incompetent! I called twice to finally get my invoice emailed to me and it is incorrect. Now I have to call back again to get this straightened out. I would never recommend a Walser dealership! More
