Bought a car through them with the agreement they'd repair the air conditioner they acknowledged (the sales manager acknowledged and stated would fix) was broken at the time of purchase. They had me ca repair the air conditioner they acknowledged (the sales manager acknowledged and stated would fix) was broken at the time of purchase. They had me call and set up an appt to have it fixed, which I did. They "fixed" it and the service advisor explained if stopped working within 30 days to return and have them fix again. Within two weeks, it broke. Brought it in again (this time a different service advisor assisted me). At this time they attempted to bill me $2000. I refused and explained they acknowledged it was broken at the time of purchase and agreed to repair. After heated conversations between myself and sales manager/second service advisor, they finally agreed to repair at no cost. The sales manager stated something along the lines of upon his review of our previous phone calls he could see they should honor the repair. They have since fixed it and it has been working the last week or two. Hopefully it continues. I would not recommend as I now have a bad taste in my mouth and am untrusting of the sales manager and the second service advisor. Both attempted to put the $2000 charge on me, stating they had already "fixed" it once. My view is the service dept initially "repaired" the A/C by beginning with the most cost effective means and simplest possible solution so as not to cost Nissan more than necessary. Which I understand. But when that didnt work and the next step is to look deeper into the matter and repair correctly, the sales manager/second service advisor tried to place the responsibility unfairly on me. At this point I do not trust the moral compass of the sales manager nor the second service advisor. I feel the first service advisor was more trustworthy. I think he attempted to do what was most cost effective for Nissan (which is his job), AND also acknowledge that my vehicle may need more than his first plan of action, and to be fair to the customer (which should also be part of any business). I purchased a Pathfinder. The dealer has exceptional Customer Service; I would recommend this dealer to anyone interested on purchasing a new car. The dealer has exceptional Customer Service; I would recommend this dealer to anyone interested on purchasing a new car. More
I was only given 1 key Fob, I really expected them to give me 2 because that is what I received when I purchased my last Nissan Rogue. give me 2 because that is what I received when I purchased my last Nissan Rogue. More
I thought buying a truck would be painful. As a matter of fact, I told my salesperson (Jordan) and the sales manager that I would rather to the dentist for a root canal.
