It was a pleasant experience working with both Jordan and Amos and the manager at the dealership. We encouraged our daughter and son-in-law to look there for their next car and they did! If I could give zero stars, I would. Front desk guy was extremely rude, talked over me the entire time. I was charged insanely high prices for very minimal diagnostic testing. I informed tech of code, charged $100 to confirm what I already knew. Then $200 for tech to drive car “less than 3 miles,” unable to replicate problem. In the end, close to $500 in diagnosing a bad gas cap. I will never bring my vehicle back. Horrible up charging. Rude customer service. Fancy dealership looking to rip people off.
