My oil change took 3 hours. I got the video of my engine evaluation at 4:30pm saying my service was done. I didn’t get checked out until 6:30pm. On my way home I had to pull ove I got the video of my engine evaluation at 4:30pm saying my service was done. I didn’t get checked out until 6:30pm. On my way home I had to pull over on the highway because my hood wasn’t shut. It’s one thing to wait 3 hours, it’s another thing to have my life at risk. Unbelievably frustrated, apologies were given and 30% comp on the oil change. I hope Luther Nissan won’t let this happen again. More

Service at Walser Nisan Wayzata is always very high quality. I have been using this dealership for over 12 years with a short break and have always been happy with the service. It was a different experience that gave me pause. But got my vehicle back after some of the add-ons. One thing I didn’t get that I texted the service tech about was not getting the instructions for But got my vehicle back after some of the add-ons. One thing I didn’t get that I texted the service tech about was not getting the instructions for the Nissan Dealer installed dash cam. I still haven’t been able to hook it up to wireless so I can check the app. So, the experience over all was, eh. I’ll take my vehicle there for the first oil change, when the time comes, and I’ll see how that experience goes. More
