I was able to talk with Emerson from sales by phone the day before I went to the dealership so when I walked in Paul Subaru were great to work with. Corey helped us out at the dealership, he was friendly and knowledgeable. Honestly this was one of the best car buying experiences ever, low stress, and I felt like I could trust the people we were buying from. I should add that I drove over 3 hours from up north to buy from Walser because of a recommendation, glad I did it. More

The service was fine, not excellent and not poor, but fine. The other dealerships we have had our Subarus serviced at provide more service for the same or less cost. i.e. washing the car and not charging fine. Because of those two things and the longer drive to get there I don’t anticipate going back to this dealership for service. More

The dealership apparently had no record of the appointment I had made that day. The people working the front desk had poor customer service communication skills. I also waited for ten minutes after my vehicle was done for the workers to tell me my car was ready when I could see it done and they were not helping other customers.
