my daughter went in for an airbag recall and said it would be done by the end of the day on a Thursday and 4 days went by, and their excuse was car won't start and said they found a harness unplugged an would be done by the end of the day on a Thursday and 4 days went by, and their excuse was car won't start and said they found a harness unplugged and fixed it. Come to find out they removed her aftermarket security and remote start without her permission...car ran fine when it was on the car now her factory key fob don't work and half her dash lights are on I've called them and they wanted 219 dollars to program a key that worked before they got the car.....before you bring your car in for any service make sure they don't remove other non-related items because they won't fix them or acknowledge the act of depriving someone of their property they did not have a reason to remove it and if so didn't tell my daughter or ask her so now she has a car with bunch of codes and dash lights and a key fob that don't work More
