He also asks me questions and sits with me to make sure I understand any issue or questions I have. I try to go to the service department when he is there, but all of the service reps are great. You get what you pay for with other repair shops, I trust the Subaru service department, plus it's their car, so they know it better then anybody. More

JP is an AWESOME service advisor. I live 4+ hours away, so I don't visit that often, but he always remembers me on sight and takes his time to address my current concerns. Having an appointment doesn’t matter. Waited 4 hours for diagnostics, the last hour of that was after I had received a video outlining recommendations.
