2.5 HOURS wait for a simple tire rotation. Just reschedule me next time since you clearly overscheduled yourselves. But really, the wait was terrible, and not "a little behind" and it took ~25min from when I got my video of "everythings fine" to when you actually texted me saying it was ready. The last time I had an appt here, you were "running behind" also and made me late to let my kids coming home from school in. Thankfully this time they had a key. But it shouldn't have happened, and I dont think I will be back. More
I got chrysler pacifica/ which is the nice car I like it. I had spark plugs put in and wasn't aware how labor intensive it was but the service advisor told me it would be 2-3 hours with that and the oil change/tire rotation.
