I had service done on my vehicle and had it picked up from my house and delivered back to me. This was an option THEY offered to me. I requested my vehicle would be delivered by a certain time when I sch from my house and delivered back to me. This was an option THEY offered to me. I requested my vehicle would be delivered by a certain time when I scheduled the appointment and was assured that it would be back by then. I even offered to reschedule if that wasn’t doable and the girl insisted that it was plenty of time and she would let me know if I would need to reschedule. They were 30 minutes late picking up and 45 mins late delivering! More

Made an 8am appointment for a simple oil change and tire rotation . 3 hours later with my vehicle sitting in a bay and $148.00 invoice I finally get my vehicle and depart. I hear a noise under the hood up rotation . 3 hours later with my vehicle sitting in a bay and $148.00 invoice I finally get my vehicle and depart. I hear a noise under the hood upon inspection I find that the air breather box cover was not put back on properly from when it was removed to inspect the condition of the filter. More
