We take comments like this seriously because our reputation is built on the quality of our work and the professionalism of our team. In this situation, there is much more context than what’s reflected here. When you first came in with a turbo concern, that repair was completed under a special coverage program at no cost to you. When additional issues were identified, we clearly explained what was failing, what was covered, and what was not. After the vehicle returned again, we performed further diagnostics, including warranty repairs, and assisted you in opening a case with GM to pursue additional goodwill support on your behalf. We followed every step required by the manufacturer and advocated for coverage related to the turbo failure. Ultimately, GM determined that the engine damage was not eligible for coverage due to extended operation of the vehicle with known mechanical concerns. That decision was made by the manufacturer, not by our service team. Our technicians are trained professionals who follow factory diagnostic procedures and documentation standards. We stand behind the integrity of their work and the effort that was made to help in this situation. If you would like to discuss this further, we are still willing to speak with you directly and review the documentation together.
