Can't really say much about dealership since I never visited in person. However, I tried to contact online salesman and even though I did receive a response it was untrue or deceptive. When asked about Ford Partner program, I was told they aren't doing it, although they are official Ford Dealership. But than they added that noone is doing it, which is false statement since I found at least 3 that were willing to sell me a truck under X Plan pricing. Those 3 dealerships eventually have ordered me what I wanted but they didn't have a trim level in stock that I was looking for. In addition to above dishonest answers, I keep getting harassed by their email service even thought I opted out of it multiple times. More

I love it, Walt's Live Oak Ford had helped me in the purchase of the Camry in 2017. In May 2020, I was hit by a driver who ran a stop sign going 40mph and it totalled my car. Thank God for Gap insurance as I am a real estate broker and have put many miles on it. I was suddenly in a spot of having to find a car.
