Well today marks 2 weeks, trying to get ahold of Eddie was impossible, I call for Eddie he's out to lunch, he's in a meeting, he don't get here till 10am show up at 10am at the dealer oh he's not coming till 2pm. It's very sad I was going to high recommend this dealer to everyone due to the great service I had. But now you are causing a massive headache. Once you closed the deal I was put on the back burner sad to see you treat customers this way. More

Lack of Professionalism...Poor customer service !!! I am in the market for a bmw 435i convertible. So, i found one that i liked at Walter's Fiat. I expressed interest in the vehicle and subsequently was I am in the market for a bmw 435i convertible. So, i found one that i liked at Walter's Fiat. I expressed interest in the vehicle and subsequently was contacted by some sales lady. So, i told her how much downpayment i would like to make and also told her that i would visit the showroom during the weekend and talk further. She went ahead and sent me a link for their financial application. I was skeptical about having my credit pulled and checked even before i stepped inside the showroom. But, from the information i shared with her she suggested that there might be a chance that they could finance me [even though i do not have a top credit score]. So, i went ahead and had my credit pulled by their financial department and she told me that her manager is going over my application. Then she emails me and tells me that they could finance me but they will need me to go down to the showroom with my pay stubs and proof of residency and drivers license. I prepared my documents and i was ready to drive down there tomorrow. However, today when i decided to look at the car online again, i was surprised to see that it was sold. This lady and her entire staff had me provide my ssn and got my credit pulled and even told me to go down there and then they sell the car. They did not even bother to let me know by an email. I found it out because the posting wouldnt show up anymore. That is the kind of professionalism that you can expect from these folks if you want to do business with them. Basically, my credit will take a hit for no reason at all. Thanks a lot, Walter's Fiat. You guys sure know how to treat a customer. If you like to be treated well and with respect, do not go to these people. There are thousands of other dealers who would love to have you as their customers. You are buying a car...not a pair of running shoes. You should be treated with respect. And these guys do not do that. ps: Just noticed that another gentleman [Robert S. and Ryan H.] spoke with the same lady [Dyana] and was insulted the same way that i was. Wow...can not believe how poorly these guys treat their customers!!! This is unbelievable!!! More
