Brennan Ruiz handled my service for MBZ recall on the Blue Tech modification. I dropped off my vehicle and Brennan called me when the service was complete. The vehicle (motor home on Sprinter chassis) Blue Tech modification. I dropped off my vehicle and Brennan called me when the service was complete. I bought a vehicle at Walter’s Mercedes-Benz in early March 2021. I had a terrible experience with Finance Manager Andy Towns (please read my Dealer Rater complaint dated March 20th for full detail). March 2021. I had a terrible experience with Finance Manager Andy Towns (please read my Dealer Rater complaint dated March 20th for full detail). Andy Towns essentially ghosted us after I purchased my car. He failed to return our calls or emails. I sent an email to Mercedes Benz of USA on March 12th regarding the poor customer service I received. They forwarded the email to the General Manager Raymond Burke to address. I never heard from anyone at this branch regarding my complaint. I sent Mr. Burke a direct email on April 7th which included my complaint sent to MB of USA. I immediately received an auto reply that Mr Burke was on leave. On April 17th I received the following reply from Mr. Burke: “You are entitled to your frustration but I was on a family vacation and gone for 9 days. I did not access my work emails therefore not aware of your situation.” This response was dismissive and deflective. It was clear that he did not read my complaint as the issue is his lack of response to my March 12th email NOT that he was on leave in April. Mr. Burke never did address my concerns. I’m beyond disappointed with the customer service I received from Walter’s Mercedes Benz of Riverside. Please consider this prior to purchasing a vehicle from this branch. More
