Went in for an oil change, left with a damaged front bumper. For the sake of full disclosure, the area shown in the image had a barely noticeable (I didnt even consider repair) 6" hairline crack prior to the incident. However, as I emphatically stressed during my exchange with the service specialist, the damage is exponentially worse. This conversation took place four days after the incident because the service manager could not be bothered to speak with me (I called almost every day). It never occurred to me to check the vehicle for damage before leaving the dealership. Lesson learned...be warned.
