It took 1 year and 3 months to fix a recall on my vehicle. Follow up was unsatisfactory and explanation of the repair was bad. What was to be a 3 day fix took 2 weeks. A window was broken during t vehicle. Follow up was unsatisfactory and explanation of the repair was bad. What was to be a 3 day fix took 2 weeks. A window was broken during the recall repair. After i received the vehicle back, we received a phone call stating they forgot one of the recall items and i had to return the vehicle for another day. More
