Jacob was nice, but this experience was awful. I feel I was lied to just to get more money out of me. Car was returned absolutely filthy. I will not be using Washington Ford for any services ag I feel I was lied to just to get more money out of me. Car was returned absolutely filthy. I will not be using Washington Ford for any services again and I will most certainly not be buying my next vehicle from them.
