I was scheduled for a state inspection/emission and "The Works" at 10:00am. I arrived about 15 minutes early and they took my vehicle right away. The work was all finished (and I believe done correctly) and I was on my way home at 11:10AM. The charge for the work was about what I expected. Don Paris was (and always is) my service advisor and I couldn't be satisfied with his professionalism and how I'm treated. So I'm very satisfied with my whole experience. More

Cindy Timmons my Service Advisor goes above and beyond every time I have my vehicle serviced there. She definitely makes the customer feel like family and it's a great asset to the Washington Ford dealer every time I have my vehicle serviced there. The dealership always has fast and friendly service. On this particular visit, I could not use my regular preferred service agent as they were that busy.
