Work seems OK, but having an appointment is pointless. Rather than -1 hour to complete an oil change, it was 4+ hours—despite arriving on schedule. Last time was even worse. I had not planned to wait that time, but at 13.30, they still hadn’t even started on my vehicle! I lost an entire day on that one, and had to reschedule an afternoon dental appointment. Yesterday, I lost the entire afternoon. I could possibly understand if I were there for a major service, needed complex diagnostics, etc…, but it was a simple oil change both times. More

Mason was nice, we had a small disagreement where I felt he did not communicate with me accurately about the price of a service I requested. I asked for a differential service and he stated it was $200. At he did not communicate with me accurately about the price of a service I requested. I asked for a differential service and he stated it was $200. At time of pickup he said it was $400. He never communicated to me a differential service was $200 for EACH differential. I wish that would have been communicated better to me. More
