I always take my Jeep back to get serviced here. The team gets the work done professionally, and communicate updates if things might take a little longer or if they found something to report. From the moment we saw the car to the moment we brought it home, the entire process was smooth and stress-free. We truly couldn’t have asked for a more friendly, honest, and supportive salesperson to guide us through such a special milestone. Highly recommend! More

On October 30, 2025, I took my 2024 Ram 3500 DRW in for fuel filters replacement and an issue with the tire pressure sensor system showing the incorrect location of the wheels. I recently had new tires ins fuel filters replacement and an issue with the tire pressure sensor system showing the incorrect location of the wheels. I recently had new tires installed at a different Ram dealership and they apparently did not return the rear inner wheels to the correct position. I confirmed the tire pressures to be correct even though the computer showed the tire pressures in the wrong position (front at 80 psi, rear at 65 psi). The service advisor, Travis, tried telling me that they only need to adjust the tire pressures to correct the issue. I tried explaining that on a Ram dual rear wheel truck, the two rear inner wheels have a different sensor than the other four wheels. The computer assumes those two sensors are correctly installed on the inner rear position. Travis insisted that all the sensors are the same and that it was simply an issue with setting the pressures. I walked over to the parts department and the parts employee quickly confirmed there are two different sensors and then explained it to Travis who never really conceded that the information was correct. Two hours after leaving, I received a text message from Travis stating they "recommended" the following services: Coolant flush $199.95, brake fluid flush $159.95, engine air filter $69.95 and cabin air filter $89.95. My truck has 28,500 miles and has been in service for 17 months. I checked the official Mopar website and found the recommended mileage for coolant change is 100,000 miles or 5 years. I personally replaced the engine air filter one month prior and replaced the cabin air filter the day before. I responded to Travis stating I believed they were attempting to scam me by recommending services that are not need and completely unnecessary. He responded back stating, "Apologies for the confusion we do go bases off visual inspections." It's obvious the dealership did not "visually inspect" my filters before stating they "recommend" having them changed and exactly how did they visually inspect my coolant system to determine that it needed to be flushed? I spoke to the service manager who confirmed they only go by vehicle mileage. He conceded that they were wrong recommending the coolant flush. Owners beware of predatory practices where owners better be informed before saying yes to dealer "recommended" services. I've owned 4 Ram trucks since 2003 and have had most of my maintenance done at Waxahachie Dodge. This is the first time I've had an issue, and, in my opinion, it was a huge issue. I doubt I will be returning to this dealership for future services. After writing my original review, my TPMS was still not working correctly and still reading the wrong position. At the request of Waxahachie Ram, in December 2025, I spoke to the GM Shannon Warren who apologized for the issues. Mr. Warren stated he would send something to me in the mail for my troubles. As of February 3, 2026, I have not received anything, not even a written apology. More of the same from this dealership concerning Customer Service (if it can be called that). I later took my truck to Discount Tire in Desoto and they corrected the TPMS issue and stated it was as simple as ensuring the correct sensors were installed in the inner rear position. More
My EV was at the Waxahachie Autoplex service center for over 60 days with no fix. On the day I was promised that the vehicle would be ready for pick up, I reached out, and Mike Castro stated that there was over 60 days with no fix. On the day I was promised that the vehicle would be ready for pick up, I reached out, and Mike Castro stated that there was no fix that he could accomplish in the forseeable future. He made no attempt to update me until I reached out. The car was ultimately transferred to another facility at my insistence. He was kind enough to offer a loaner, presumably to make up for their shoddy service. The contract had a date range of 1/9-1/29. He called to inform me that he was going to begin charging for the loaner card despite the signed contract with a specified date range. The dishonesty was galling and I would absolutely not recommend them based on their failure to complete the job, the lack of communication, and outright dishonesty. More
After leaving my vehicle to have a flat tow package installed on my new-used car. Explaining what I needed done, the average price, and having the parts shipped to the service department. Was quoted a installed on my new-used car. Explaining what I needed done, the average price, and having the parts shipped to the service department. Was quoted a price of 1611.00 ( average price 1200.00-1400.00). Informing me they get the car done on The 14th, with a pickup on the 15th. Later i get contacted on the 14th telling me they would start on the 15th. After they completed the installation, they inform me it would cost an additional 300.03. For unauthorized work. Bringing a total of 1911.03. The r&r time book, aswell as the Blue Ox Corporation, states it's a 5 hr installment. Basically charging me about 400.00 an hour to install a tow package. Paying above average would be ok if they met the timeline of the work. However being late and expensive. I would recommend you search for another sevice shop. More
