My Review of Weber BMW:
If you are reading this and your bimmer needs service, PLEASE save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. I have a 1995 BMW M3 and the check engine light came on. I had just purchased the car within the last 2 months and remembered reading about Weber's "state of the art" engine diagnosis software and knowledgable techs so I decide to spend the extra money to take it there in hopes of them helping me get my car in perfect running condition. First of all Keith (my service rep) treated me with little to no respect. He called me and told me that the techs tried to read codes from my car (FYI, the codes are read from the car's internal computer called the DME) but they were not able to read the codes from my car. He then told me that my car's computer (the DME)was not communicating and needed to be replaced and was going to run me $2000. I told him I'd call him back, and immediantly I hop online to see about signs of a failing DME. Signs of a failing DME (when it is JUST starting to go out) are that the car takes a few tries to start, and can sometimes stall when at idle. MY CAR HAD NEVER DONE EITHER (and still hasn't 4 months after my visit). Anyways, long story short Keith (my service rep) was telling me I was stupid for coming to pick the car up and not have them fix it (he is the most disrespectful customer service person i have EVER dealt with). So I pick the car up, drive home, order what is called a PEAKE TOOL SCANNER (get one of these... it'll save you a trip to the hell hole money drain pit of weber). The scanner comes in the next day in the mail and so I scan my car and it says I needed a new o2 sensor. WOW... so i bought some cheap little 100 dollar scanner and it can read my DME and help me get my car back on the road.... what does that tell you? WEBER JUST TRIES TO DRAIN THE $%^@ OUT OF YOUR WALLET BY MAKING UP COSTLY REPAIRS THAT ARE NON EXISTANT

My Review of Weber BMW:
We were looking for a CPO 2006 X3. We saw what they had on-line and visited them three times. We met with the manager after all the dog and pony tricks but he would not quote us a price for the car. It was ridiculous. He kept saying come back when you are ready. Well, if we were not ready why would we go back three times to look at the same vehicle. We already own a BMW sedan (not bought from Weber). At any rate, long story short, we took our business to BMW in San Francisco. We worked the whole the over the web, test drove it for an hour or so with the whole family then signed on the dotted line. They need to change their business model, but then what is the point? They are the only game in town. Weber is horrible.

My Review of Weber BMW:
Buying a car from Weber was an amazing experience for me, Giovanni Mercia has to be one of the most unique sales associates I have ever met, he was very knowledgeable about the vehicles. I purchased a 535i and he was all over teaching me how to work the ins and outs of the vehicle. It was my first BMW and the experience and the price wasn't to bad either.

My Review of Weber BMW:
I purchased my 05 BMW 545 in Oct from another dealership but it was still under warranty. I took my vechicle in to get service because I kept hearing a clunking noise from l/f driver side and the transmission was hesitating. At that time, they replaced the tranny and checked all nuts on left suspension and checked for torque on the struts. (per their notes on receipt) Two months later, I noticed red color fluid is leaking from vehicle and remind them that I still keep hearing the clunking noise. I send it in to get serviced. I get a call back from Vince stating that the strut tower mounts is cracking and SOMEONE moved the nuts on the strut tower so it will not covered under warranty. In addition, the leaking is from a blown thrust arm bushing due to impact and is not covered under warranty. The repair cost it $1800 for bushing and alignment. Frustrated, I informed my wife about what was happening. She called Vince but he was unavailable so she left a msg. Two hours later, she called again, he was with another clnt, left another msg. She became irritated as well, we decided to just stop by. We get there, Vince showed us the nuts on the struts that has supposedly been tampered with and adjusted(how would we know where they were in the first place)and therefore it is not covered under warranty. We explained, we have NEVER taken it to be serviced anywhere except there at Weber BMW. Additionally, we added, why would we when it's under warranty and how are we sure their techs didn't do this? Vince gets pissed off and says if your accusing me of this then I will just have to back your car out of here. He grumples it could've been from the previous owner and comes up with all sorts of scenario. Finally, we go back to his desk and he prints out previous service history. I looked at the Dec r/o where it includes notes that they could not duplicate the clunking noise but they checked & replaces 2 expanding nuts and check torque on the struts. I asked him "You said the nuts on the struts were moved thats why this is not covered under warranty but it states here that the torque on the struts was checked." Vince raised his voice and starts shaking his finger at me. He aggresively rambles "It seems like you are splitting hairs with me, are you spliting hairs with me?" My wife intervenes and states that we are as frustrated as he is but we feel he is definitely not serving us, his customers. We asked for his supervisor but of course he was not there. Finally, she gives him a quick 101 lesson on quality customer service and he shuts up. Next, she asked him for a copy of the warranty but he gripes at her, that it is in a thick binder and he doesnt have time, she can just go online. She reminds him again about customer service. He offered to have it by Monday and offers to wash the car. We said we will call Service director and GM on Monday and pick up the car later. Later when we pick up the keys from the cust serv desk, my house key and key chain was missing. I asked what happened to them and the recep said "We never take any keys off I guarantee you." I was so F***** annoyed by now. Next, she calls her supervisor on the phone, contradicts herself and said well sometimes the techs takes it off. It could be in your door side panel. Lucky for her, it was! Such BS...So tired of WEBER BMW service dept. It will be worth the drive to not deal with this NOT SO F***** Ulimate service experience WEBER service dept have to offer. If I can give them an "0" rating I would.

My Review of Weber BMW:
i took my 325i in to fix my car window switch. while i was there, my husband suggested having a small transmission leak checked. they called later and wanted to put in new gaskets and replace the fluid because it was low. they did, and my transmission failed three days later, or 39 miles. they service manager at first was nice but only offered 20% off. i took it somewhere else. they said the fluid was burnt and down a quart or more. it was still leaking.

My Review of Weber BMW:
I went to Weber BMW with serious intenions of purchasing a 2007 3 series convertible. RJ and Jeff the sales people were outstanding! However, JS, the finance person that I dealt with, was anything but helpful. As I write this email, the phone continues to ring from Weber BMW--no messages! To continue, I was told by JS--initially--that he would not quote a price to me because they get "tired of people" price shopping. As I told him my partner and I were shopping around, he encouraged me to go do my shopping around and to return--at which time he would make a quote. I practically had to grovel to get the quote. It was frustrating. When I told my partner, he said-- "There is no way I am doing business with a place that does not have the courtesy to simply quote you a price." My partner walked. In the end, we are busy people and have limited time. If someone cannot simply quote you a price, then why bother. I did eventually get a price; however, it came too late! I would encourage someone looking for a 3 series convertible BMW to first "shop around," then go to Weber and challenge them on the "best price" in town.

My Review of Weber BMW:
Service is terrible. Most times kept car too long then had to bring car back because not fixed properly. Car sales is a joke. High mark ups on all of the cars. Get the immediate felling that you can not trust any of the employees. Very poor service poor customer care. Staff acts like they are doing you a favor by letting you spend too much money at the dealership. After all they are SALES PEOPLE most every one that comes in there has a higher education and has done more with there lives then these wannabes

My Review of Weber BMW:
Weber is lucky BMW is such a great product otherwise they would be out of business. Weber BMW is a horrible place to shop for a new vehicle! I ended up purchasing a vehicle across the street at CarMax. The owner of Weber who introduced himself to me as (Jerry Pajou) seems to have his head up his @ss. Through interviewing his employees I found he has no regard for his employees, pays them dirt and doesnt understand business ownership. I have seen this myself in the small amount of time I spent there. Heck just ask his employees yourself. What a joke! Everytime I walk in there to get a part, I see a whole new sales team. Turnover is horrendous. He must be constantly hiring and firing. I have never seen such a fake person. Forget getting a deal there! They dont budge... Take your business somewhere else!

Kim Neefe, WORTHLESS! The wife and I sat and waited and waited while he ignored our sales rep and stood outside smoking a cigarette. We joined in and started smoking from our ears. What a frustrating experance the three of us had,(Myself the wife and our salesman). We bought our X5 4.4 v8 out of town. What a vehicle, go test drive. As far as sales reps they are top-notch guys be sure to get your reps personal phone number to stay in touch. Needless to say Weber burns through reps like SH!T through a goose.
