My Review of Weber BMW:
I went to Weber BMW with serious intenions of purchasing a 2007 3 series convertible. RJ and Jeff the sales people were outstanding! However, JS, the finance person that I dealt with, was anything but helpful. As I write this email, the phone continues to ring from Weber BMW--no messages! To continue, I was told by JS--initially--that he would not quote a price to me because they get "tired of people" price shopping. As I told him my partner and I were shopping around, he encouraged me to go do my shopping around and to return--at which time he would make a quote. I practically had to grovel to get the quote. It was frustrating. When I told my partner, he said-- "There is no way I am doing business with a place that does not have the courtesy to simply quote you a price." My partner walked. In the end, we are busy people and have limited time. If someone cannot simply quote you a price, then why bother. I did eventually get a price; however, it came too late! I would encourage someone looking for a 3 series convertible BMW to first "shop around," then go to Weber and challenge them on the "best price" in town.

My Review of Weber BMW:
Kim Neefe, WORTHLESS! The wife and I sat and waited and waited while he ignored our sales rep and stood outside smoking a cigarette. We joined in and started smoking from our ears. What a frustrating experance the three of us had,(Myself the wife and our salesman). We bought our X5 4.4 v8 out of town. What a vehicle, go test drive. As far as sales reps they are top-notch guys be sure to get your reps personal phone number to stay in touch. Needless to say Weber burns through reps like SH!T through a goose.

My Review of Weber BMW:
WEBER BMW in Fresno
Although some of the staff were helpful and knowledgable, unfortunately far too many were ignorant and rude. Customers were regularly talked down to and generally not trusted, as if everything that was wrong with the cars were the results of ignorant owners' neglect. Staff seldom believed that something could be wrong with the cars, unless "influenced" by owners/drivers. Unethical tactics included misquoting the interest rate. In my case, the salesman (Gary) verbally agreed to 6.9%, but the paperwork showed 7.9%. When I pointed that out to the finance guy (not Gary), he said "what's the big deal, it'll be the difference of pennies per day". I was too stunted to counter that if it was such a small difference, perhaps they should lower that rate to 5.9 or 4.9, it'll still be pennies per day.
None of my regular maintenance visits was pleasant. Generally, I just want to drop off the car and leave before someone pissed me off.
One would expect both quality from the product and service when he paid $50K for a car. Perhaps I don't find Weber service acceptable because I've gotten used to the Bay Area dealerships - they would practically kissed your feet even for routine maintenance. Being the one and only BMW dealership (I think Visalia has a branch, though much smaller) out in the Central Valley certainly has its advantages, but Weber is out of touch with its customers. I advised a few people to drive to the Bay and they've gotten much better deals. Their prices were $2000-3500 lower than that of Weber's, and Weber wouldn't even bulge in their asking prices, let alone matching them. I don't know if it is the same mindset for other luxury car dealership in Fresno, where there are no competetion wihin hundreds of miles, but I've heard stories as well. I have no first hand experience to speak about them.
For BMW lovers in Central Valley, it really is a misfortune that we're stuck with Weber BMW. Even if we bought our car elsewhere, we'll still have to deal with Weber for routine maintenance.
