The usual car buying experience. Ordered the car and they called when it arrived. Set a date and time to pick it up. Took over 4 hours anyway. Kind of to be expected. I e never been able to get out of a dealership in under 3 hours. Not sure why. I think it's the whole dealership model. Kind of an unnecessary extra step. Rather just order it from Chevrolet and have them drop it Carvana style at my house. I financed a house with less hassle from my desk at home. Everyone was very polite and helpful. Facilities where well organized and clean. My only other complaint was the sales pitch for the extended warranty was predicated on the cars inherent unreliability because of supply chain disruption, poorly sources parts, and semi conductor scarcity. Felt weird after the sales team sold me on reliability to be told the brand new car I was buying was guaranteed to break due to substandard parts. Felt kinda predatory and a little scummy. More
