Joe Meador was our sales person. He did an outstanding job helping me pick the correct vehicle for me and explaining many features and benefits. He also demonstrated many functions He did an outstanding job helping me pick the correct vehicle for me and explaining many features and benefits. He also demonstrated many functions in the vehicle at delivery. My Silverado was delivered Thursday Sep 29, 2022. My wife and I arrived around 2:00 PM. My wife left in her car around 4:00 PM. I did not leave until almost 6:00 PM. Spending 4 hours at a dealership to sign documents and have a demo of the vehicle's functions and features is excessive to say the least. What if we had dinner reservations with friends, or an important family function to attend. I have purchased several new vehicles in my life, (two from Weber Chevrolet and from other Chevy dealers) and have never spent more than an hour at the dealership when we picked up our new vehicle. I think the Weber Chevrolet management should review and evaluate this process. More
