State Inspection I was told I needed a new rotor, brake pads, and that my turbo was about to fail. I was crushed and spent a day trying to decide what I should do. So I went for a second opinion with a mechanic I trust 100% Nothing wrong with my brakes, they passed inspection. Nothing wrong with my turbo either so I’m left speechless. I can’t understand how your mechanic came to these serious conclusions without being 100% sure he was right. I was strongly considering a new purchase from your dealership, I was really hoping to get a good experience. And I hate to base my decision on this one experience but 1st impressions speak loudest. I’ll never come back there, ever. More

Throughout this whole process, Rob has been an amazing salesman! He answered all of my questions and my dad’s as well. He made this a great experience. I never felt like I was asking “dumb” questions with him or intimidated at all. Our test drive experience was amazing and Rob helped to put any of my nerves about testing a new vehicle to rest. Car shopping can be stressful, but not my experience here at Mazda. Rob showed us the many vehicles we asked about without hesitation.
