Convenient and Efficient Came in for my first oil change and 3 month service and was taken right away. The previous dealer I had gone to with my old car would leave me waiting for my oil change for 2.5-3 hours; however, Werner was just over an hour which was amazing. The waiting room was small but comfortable and had food/drink which was nice. Jess was super friendly and efficient at communicating when scheduling my appointment as well as when I was at the dealer. Very happy I switched to Mazda - great service and very professional employees. :) More

I had such a horrible experience with other nearby dealers I was happy to put my confidence in Werner. I couldn’t have been more happy with how my sales rep handled the sale. I’ve never accepted the first offer before but this time the deal was fair, the rep easy to talk to, and I didn’t feel nagged by the offer of additional addons with the final paperwork. There was a long wait between signing and driving off the lot, but I was apologized to repeatedly and taken care off. Thanks Werner for the great experience. More
