Great Service Department I am selling my 2009 Miata and thought it would be a good idea to have the service department at a Mazda dealership look the car over and change the o I am selling my 2009 Miata and thought it would be a good idea to have the service department at a Mazda dealership look the car over and change the oil and air filter. The car seemed to be "dragging" recently so figured it couldn't hurt to have it checked. Glad I did, and glad I went to Werner Mazda. They quickly discovered that my left front caliper had seized, practically locking the wheel in place. They even texted me a video of the technician, first showing the issue with the caliper and then checking off several other inspection points. Service rep, Ken Armstrong, notified me of the problem and gave me some alternatives to get the car back on the road. I finally chose to have the rotors, calipers, and pads replaced on both wheels. Ken was great in directing the work and keeping me informed of my options and cost. He said they would have to order parts and could have the job done in two days. In the meantime, he gave me a loaner car for free. How can you beat that? Needless to say the work was done on time as promised and the car rides like a champ again -- thanks to Ken Armstrong and his team. Great job! Five stars! More

Is it ever just a test drive? I went into the dealership for a test drive and 4+ hours later, I drove off in my 2019 CX-5. A little feedback about online inquiries: please let one, max two salespeople respond. I had messages from four guys. It was totally unnecessary. Also, when the paperwork is being drawn up and signed and the car is going through the final recon, could it be possible for the salesperson to hang out with the client OR assign someone to the client to clean out their car or the like? I was left hanging for longer than I should have and felt a bit letdown after such a great experience. #Mike One more thing: Jay may be the nicest finance manager I have ever dealt with.
