Mazda 6 recall work Brought my vehicle twice for recall inspection and then work when parts arrived. Both times were very prompt in check-in first thing in the AM and ha Brought my vehicle twice for recall inspection and then work when parts arrived. Both times were very prompt in check-in first thing in the AM and had a loaner car waiting as I needed to get to work. When repair was complete, called and was completed we ll ahead of scheduled time. Also did a complete inspection of possible future issues to keep an eye on so it wouldn't come as a surprise. Do not care about their customers On Werner Mazda’s website it states, “We pride ourselves in providing excellent customer service by ensuring that each customer leaves our dealership On Werner Mazda’s website it states, “We pride ourselves in providing excellent customer service by ensuring that each customer leaves our dealership with an exceptional shopping experience.” My son was taking our car in for routine service and replacement of a taillight bulb when he was struck by a semi trailer with the Mazda logo on it while at a standstill trying to turn into the service garage. No one checked on my son, the customer’s, condition. Rather, the Mazda employee made sure to check on the driver of the semi. The first thing that the dealership manager who bears the name of the company said is, “It’s an independent trucking company. It’s not our fault.” When a phone call was requested to talk to the manager upon completion of the service, I was told I would receive a call the next day. 3 days later and still no phone call. Extremely poor customer service. Certainly not “the exceptional shopping experience.” I plan to never go back to this dealership. More
