Too many stories and excuses. I purchased an extended warranty from this dealership. Whenever I have had any malfunctions with my car, I was always told I was not covered. It wasn' I purchased an extended warranty from this dealership. Whenever I have had any malfunctions with my car, I was always told I was not covered. It wasn't until recently when I asked what exactly does my extended warranty cover, that they realized I purchased additional coverage. I figured they would know that since I purchased it with them. Then they tell me my Extended Warranty covers all the issues I am having with my car. After bringing the car in, I am told only some of it would be covered. And the one thing that was covered, was replacing my SD card for the infotainment system, which was $450. $450 for an SD card? That is laughable. I had to pay a $100 deductible. Very unsatisfied with this place and likely never going back. More

I instantly felt at ease and could tell they were different than most other dealerships. They saw a person, and not just a bottom line. They were prompt, attentive, and conversed with me as if I were at the hair salon or hanging out with friends. My 10 year old son who had to endure days of car shopping at other dealerships even remarked later “not all dealers are jerks”. They offered me a more than fair price for a vehicle, and I’m thoroughly enjoying my new car as well as being free from the anxiety of car shopping. I will be sure to recommend Werner Mazda to any friends and family looking for a new car. More
