In particular, I'd like to recognize Joe (my salesperson), Nick (manager?) and Jay (Finance). Each did their very best to provide me with all the information to make a great decision. Joe even followed up with me a few days later to make sure I had all that I needed. What a great team. I will most certainly recommend my new Mazda 6 to anyone within earshot and specifically the team at Werner Mazda. More

Brought car in for regular maintainable. Had oil change and tire rotation and asked that the tires and battery be checked. Had specific feedback on tires and battery and when I might new part Had oil change and tire rotation and asked that the tires and battery be checked. Had specific feedback on tires and battery and when I might new parts in the future. They explained why I needed a new oil plug. And did not push me make any other changes. Work was completed in the time stated. All employees were friendly and professional. AND they washed the car. Al in all a good experience. More

Bad as usual I was waiting for a call for more then 2 weeks I finally called the service department and they had the part required to fix my car and it had been th I was waiting for a call for more then 2 weeks I finally called the service department and they had the part required to fix my car and it had been there for a while I have to take my care in for the 3 or 4th time to have the same issue fixed It looks like they finally fixed the problem but were very careless about where their greasy dirty hands were and marked up my seat and I had to clean it and hoped it wouldn’t ruin my leather seats. Rich Hammond did offer to send someone out there but at that point we had enough of the service dept. this was not our first bad experience with them More
