We just bought a RAV4 from here, and it was the best experience buying a car we've ever had. Actually, it's the first time I've bought a car and felt really good about it. I submitted a request online to 4 dealerships purchase a new vehicle without having to come to the dealership and without phone calls. This was the one dealership that honored my request. I was connected with Jorge Ducos, who was amazing. He gave us an honest price via email and worked with us to take care of us. He wasn't pushy. He never called. He didn't insist that I come to the dealership. Once we made a deal, we scheduled an appt to go pick up the vehicle. He was friendly and kind. Just overall an absolutely wonderful experience. I hope he's still there when we need another vehicle several years down the road. More
