Took my 2021 silverado there to have the transmission worked on. They came to me and said they couldn’t do anything to fix it. I gave them a 1 star review. My phone rang 10 minutes later from manager telling me I shouldn’t do that. I told him my truck wasn’t fixed. He said bring it in again and I did. Still no results. (It jerks bad when driving it) The guy who talked to me didn’t even know I had it there a few days before. Terrible service department. Also don’t buy a 4 cylinder turbo Silverado you will be disappointed! GM is also aware of the problem but not doing anything about it. They don’t tell you these things when buying from West Herr. My experience was wonderful . Shaun was thorough in his explanation of the vehicle. Michele could not have done more for me. She came to my apartment to determine if the car would fit in my garage and explained all the details regarding charging on my outlet. She also repeated this information when I picked up the car as well as input the information in my I phone. I may need further assistance as my computer skills are not great and it was difficult to absorb all the new facets of my vehicle, particularly because it is electric. Honestly, the greatest fea I have is finding a place to replace the electricity, though Michele and Shaun have explained the proximity of the filling stations. They did their best to reassure me , but because the concept is so new I am still a little concerned. Hopefully practice will give me confidence. More
